SteelOrbis has been informed that Turkish producer Icdas' 12-32 mm rebar prices in Turkey's Marmara region are at TRY 1,140/mt ($585/mt) + VAT ex-works, while its rebar prices in Biga, Canakkale in northwestern Turkey are at TRY 1,127/mt ($578/mt) + VAT ex-works.
The mill's new list prices have moved up by TRY 15/mt on local currency basis as compared to the price list issued on June 24, but the quotations on dollar basis have increased only by $4/mt due to the strengthening of the dollar against the Turkish lira.
