SteelOrbis has been informed that a billet offer given from Ukraine to China for 3SP/5SP grade 100-130 mm x 100-130 mm x 6-11.7 m material is standing at $385/mt FOB Mariupol on actual weight basis for early September shipments. The price in question is excluding the two percent import tax.
