Ex-Russia rebar offers to Kazakhstan

SteelOrbis has learned that offers given by Russian steel producer Evraz to Kazakhstan for 10-40 mm A500C rebar are standing at $665-680/mt ex-works, excluding VAT, for shipments in January.
