SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that CIS producers' 3SP-5SP steel billet offers are standing at $560-570/mt FOB, for March rolling, decreasing by $15-20/mt as compared to last week.
SteelOrbis has further learned that CIS traders' 5SP steel billet offers to Turkey are standing at $575/mt CFR Istanbul for February shipments.
