Ex-CIS billet offers to Turkey
SteelOrbis has heard from market insiders that steel mills in the CIS are offering 3SP-5SP billet to the Turkish market at the price level of $530-535/mt CFR Marmara Sea ports, for October shipments. However ex-CIS billet offers to Turkey are expected to see a downward adjustment in the following days amid softer prices in the Turkish domestic market.
