Ex-CIS rebar offers to the export markets have remained stable since May 12 at $415-425/mt FOB.
On the other hand, ex-CIS wire rod export offers have declined by $10/mt on the upper end since May 12 to $440-450/mt FOB, with CIS-based exporters concluding sales to Europe at $435-440/mt FOB.
