While last week ex-CIS billet offers had declined slightly to $590-600/mt FOB, after the Victory Day holiday this week ex-CIS billet offers have remained at last week's levels.
While CIS' producers' billet offers to Turkey have been ranging at $610-615/mt CFR over the past week, ex-CIS billet offers from producers are standing at $645/mt CFR Saudi Arabia. The slight decline seen in CIS billet offers last week has exerted a downward influence both on the Turkish billet market and on ex-Turkey billet offers.
