According to market sources, Egyptian steel producer EZZ has kept its rebar prices for April production at EGP 4,715/mt ($618/mt) ex-works, while another Egyptian steel producer, Beshay Steel, has also issued unchanged rebar prices for April production, with its prices still at EGP 4,685/mt ($615/mt) ex-works. Both prices are stable as compared to the producers' rebar prices for March production. Market sources state that the producers are adopting a cautious stance amid the current unstable market conditions.
