Demand for Turkish merchant bar picks up on export side

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that Turkish merchant bar export offers have indicated no changes over the past two weeks, while demand for ex-Turkey merchant bar has been picking up since last week. Many Turkish billet sales have recently been concluded to the Middle East, North Africa and Europe, whereas most Turkish exporters have completed their sales for shipments up to mid-July.
