Taiwanese steelmaker China Steel Corporation (CSC) has announced that it has decreased its domestic long steel product prices by NTD 1,300/mt ($43/mt) for September shipments. The prices are at the following levels:

| CHQ wire rod 5.5-32.0 mm | NTD 25,677-25,830/mt ($855-860/mt) |
