Billet offers to UAE
According to market sources, Chinese billet offers to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are currently in the range of $255-260/mt CFR, while Iranian billet quotations to the UAE are currently at $260/mt CFR. Meanwhile, ex-CIS billet offers to the country are at $275/mt CFR.
