Billet offers from the CIS are reportedly at $555-565/mt CFR South Korea. Meanwhile billet offers from Iran to the region are reportedly at $545-555/mt CFR and $530-535/mt CFR from China. Ex-Brazil billet offers are reportedly at $545-565/mt CFR into southeast Asia, down $50/mt from the bottom of the range in the recent peak referenced above and down $40/mt from the top of the same range.
