US import HDG prices still stable

US import hot dipped galvanized coil prices have remained stable since our last report a week ago, sources note, adding that little, if anything has changed within the marketplace.  

In terms of current import volumes, license data from the US Department of Commerce notes that for the month of April, the most significant offshore source of imported hot dipped galvanized sheets and strip was Taiwan, at 30,435 mt. The second most significant offshore source was Korea, at 17,258 mt.
