SteelOrbis has been informed that Ukrainian steelmaker Ilyich has announced its offer price for 10-40 mm hot rolled plates at $690-695/mt CFR Turkey for January shipments. On the other hand, the offer level for hot rolled plates over 40 mm size has been announced as $710-715/mt CFR Turkey, also for January shipments.
Meanwhile the producer has offered Grade A plates (shipbuilding plates) at $735/mt CFR Turkey for December shipments; however, the buyers have not indicated much interest in this offer.
