Ukrainian mill Alchevsk is currently offering A grade shipbuilding plate to Turkey at the base price level of $585/mt CFR for November shipment. Shipbuilding offers have indicated an increase of $40/mt as compared to the first weeks of August. Turkish shipyards who have concluded bookings depending on their needs seem to have accepted these new offers.
