Over the past week, buyers in the Turkish coated steel market have continued to postpone their orders and demand has remained slack. Prices have been mostly stable but some prices have decreased during negotiations. Due to the decreases in global steel prices, buyers are only purchasing to meet their needs and demand is not expected to recover in the short term.

Turkish mills’ price offers for coated products for their domestic and export markets, for October and November production, are presented in the following table.
