Stainless HRC and CRC prices drop in Taiwan

SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese market the price of SUS304 stainless steel hot rolled coils of 3-5 mm thickness have decreased by NTD 1,000/mt ($34/mt) as compared to last week and are now standing at NTD 89,000-90,000/mt ($3,009-3,043/mt) ex-warehouse.
 
Meanwhile, the price of SUS304 (2B) stainless steel cold rolled coils of 0.8-1.5 mm thickness have declined by NTD 2,000/mt ($68/mt) as compared to last week and are now being quoted at NTD 90,000-92,000/mt ($3,009-3,110/mt) ex-warehouse.
 
The prices are including five percent VAT, for early March shipments.
