SteelOrbis has been informed that Russian mill Severstal is offering November production hot rolled coil (HRC) to Turkey at the base price level of $730/mt CFR FO for shipments to Diliskelesi, decreasing its prices by $35/mt as compared to its offers for October production.
In the meantime, Severstal is now offering November production cold rolled coils (CRC) to Turkey at the price level of $840/mt CFR Diliskelesi. Last month, Severstal did not offer any cold rolled coils (CRC) to Turkey.
