Russian steelmaker Severstal has announced its new prices for flat products to be shipped to Turkey. The new price levels, which indicate a significant rise as compared to the prices announced in December, are as follows:

The offers are effective for late April 2008 shipments. The Russian local market is getting stronger and purchases for spring have already started. Thus, export tonnage allocated for all products is very limited.
