Severstal International has announced a new minimum base price level for new orders citing a "dramatic influx of orders" from their two mills. Effective immediately, the base price for hot rolled coil (
HRC) is $34.25 cwt. ($766/mt or $685/nt) and $40.75 ($898/mt or $815/nt) for cold rolled coil (
CRC) and
Galvanized products.
