SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that major Russian steel producers are offering hot rolled coil (HRC) to the Tunisian market at the price range of $670-685/mt CFR, while their cold rolled coil (CRC) offers are at $760-775/mt CFR, both for December and January rolling. Russian offers for December and January production have remained stable as compared to last week's offers.
However, since the Tunisian flat steel market is fairly sluggish, the price expectations of Tunisian buyers areapproximately $10-15/mt lower than the above mentioned levels.
