Russian and Ukrainian HRC offers to India
Amid globally falling flat steel prices, Russian mill Severstal’s May production hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the Indian market are currently standing at the base price level of $735/mt CFR, while HRC offers from Ukrainian producer Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol (Ilyich) to India stand at $705/mt CFR.
