Local HRC prices in UK

According to market sources, demand in the local UK market for hot rolled coil (HRC) is currently weak. Ahead of the summer holidays, very competitive prices have been observed in the local UK HRC market. Prices of S275JR grade HRC have declined by GBP 15/mt ($23/mt) over the past two weeks to the range of GBP 295/mt ($454/mt) ex-works, excluding 20 percent VAT and for September delivery.
