SteelOrbis has been informed that import HRC offers for Romania are at the following levels for October/November shipment:

Product	Origin	Price
HRC	Slovakia	€780/mt DAF Romania
HRC	Serbia	€760/mt DAF Romania
HRC	China	€700/mt CFR Romania

No activity is currently being registered in the Romanian flats market, with buyers being hesitant to purchase materials.
