As expected, prices of import flat steel in the Turkish market have moved upwards over the past week. Meanwhile, buyers are not in any rush and are concluding deals only to meet their immediate needs.

As a result, ex-CIS hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Turkey have increased by $30/mt to $560-580/mt CFR, while ex-CIS cold rolled coil (CRC) offers have risen by $25/mt to $610-620/mt CFR, both week on week.
