SteelOrbis has been informed that 2-5 mm HRC offers given by Russian mill Severstal to India are at the base price level of $590/mt CFR for late November shipments, indicating a decrease of $10/mt as compared to last week. Meanwhile, 4-12 mm HRC offers given from China to the same market are at $545/mt CFR India ($500-505/mt FOB), declining by $15/mt since last week. These import offers are excluding five percent import tax.
On the other hand, Indian mill Essar is currently offering HRC to its local market at the base price level of INR 30,000/mt ($620/mt) ex-works.
