SteelOrbis has been informed that import offers of 1.1 mm HRC from Spain to Saudi Arabia are at the level of $865/mt CFR, whereas Russian offers of 1.2 mm HRC to this market stand at $750/mt CFR, both for April shipment. The Russian offers to Saudi Arabia have risen by $70/mt as compared to last month. HRC offers to Saudi Arabia market continue to increase as compared to last month.
