Brazilian producers remain negotiating exports of HRC of the basic commercial grades in a price range of $570/mt to $590/mt, FOB conditions, the same range over the last four weeks, with deals more often closed next to the center of the range, sources tell SteelOrbis.
In January, Brazil exported 61,100 mt of HRC, against 36,700 mt in December, while preliminary indications from customs point to another increase in February from the volume of HRC exported in January.
