Flats prices in Portuguese market

SteelOrbis has been informed that the local price levels for imported HRS in the Portuguese market are in a range of €425-435/mt ($553-566/mt) ex-warehouse on actual weight basis. Meanwhile, also in the Portuguese domestic market, a galvanized producer's base prices of HDG are at the level of €420/mt ($547/mt) ex-works. It is expected that the price level of flat products in the local Portuguese market may see a slight uptrend in the coming days.
 
Meanwhile, it is heard that a deal for Spanish origin 3-12 mm HRS has been concluded to Portugal at the price level of €395/mt ($514/mt) delivered to Portugal. Also, the price level of Italian origin HDG offers to Portugal is at €420/mt ($547/mt) delivered to Portugal.
