Flats offers from Ukraine and Russia to Poland

Russian and Ukranian mills have decreased their flats offers to Poland due to the weakness observed on the demand side and the price decreases in the flats markets. SteelOrbis has been informed that Ukrainian mill Zaporizhstal's HRC offers given to Poland for June production have shown a decrease of $40/mt as compared to last month and are currently standing at the base price level of $620/mt DAF, while its CRC offers are at $740/mt DAF. Meanwhile, Russian mill Severstal's HRS offers to Poland for its June production are standing at the price level of €570/mt ($683/mt) DAF.
