Ex-Russia flat steel offers to Europe

According to market sources, ex-Russia hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Europe have increased by $15/mt since last month and are currently at $545-550/mt FOB Black Sea ports, while Russian cold rolled coil (CRC) export offers to Europe have increased by $10/mt over the same period to $605-610/mt FOB Black Sea ports, both for July shipments.
