Ex-Ukraine HRC offers to Turkey increase
SteelOrbis has learned that Ukrainian steelmaker Zaporizhstal's April rolling hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the Turkish market have indicated an increase of about $20/mt as compared to last month and are now at $660/mt CFR. Meanwhile, no CRC offers are given by the producer to the Turkish market.
