Ex-Ukraine flat steel offers to Turkey

Market sources state that hot rolled coil (HRC) and cold rolled coil (CRC) offers from Ukraine to Turkey are at $265-275/mt CFR and $330-340/mt CFR, respectively, for February production and March shipment.
