Ex-Russia ETP offer in China

SteelOrbis has heard that Mittal Steel's Beijing office has been offering 0.25 mm thick 2.8/2.8 coated electrolytic tinplate to Chinese traders at a base price level of $715/mt CFR Alashankou, Xinjiang Autonomous Region of China, via at sight payment by letter of credit for 500-1,000 mt orders to be delivered in December.
