HRC export offers from Egypt have once again decreased, following the general downturn in the market of the Mediterranean region.

Ezz Steel has lowered its official HRC offer prices for December shipments by another $15/mt over the two weeks to $410/mt FOB, SteelOrbis has learned. In the meantime, according to the market sources, the offers to the south of the EU were heard at up to $425/mt CFR. Negotiations with the buyers from Saudi Arabia continue: the supplier is in discussion at around $465/mt CFR for the thin gauge material.
