Domestic flats prices decrease in the Saudi Arabian market

In the Saudi Arabian domestic flats market SABIC production HRC base prices are at the level of SAR 1,650/mt ($440/mt) ex-works, down SAR 150/mt ($40/mt) as comapred to last month, while its CRC base prices are at SAR 2,050/mt ($547/mt) ex-works, down SAR 100/mt ($27/mt) as compared to last month. Meanwhile, the same producers' HDG prices are at SAR 2,600/mt ($693/mt) ex-works, indicating a decrease of SAR 200/mt ($53/mt) as compared to last month. All prices are for new production materials.

On the import side, Egyptian producer EZDK is offering 2.0 mm HRC to Saudi Arabia at the level of $430/mt CFR Jeddah. The offer in question marks an increase of $30/mt as compared to last month.
