CRC imports in Brazil remain negotiated in a range of $1,000/mt to $1,100/mt, CFR conditions, now stable over the last six weeks, a trader in the northeastern region of Brazil told SteelOrbis.

In December, Brazil exported 7,200 mt of HRC, in average at $9,800/mt and imported 44,800 mt at $1,011/mt, both FOB conditions.

In the Brazilian domestic market, CRC of the basic commercial grades is offered in medium to large volumes by the producers at BRL 6,049/mt ($1,110/mt), against BRL 6,141/mt earlier last week, ex-works, no taxes included.
