SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of JIS G3141 SPCC cold rolled coils (CRC) of 0.3-1.5 mm thickness are now standing at NTD 19,500-20,500/mt ($665-669/mt) delivered to customer, on actual weight basis, indicating a decrease of NTD 500/mt ($17/mt) since last week, while the prices of JIS G3131 SPHC 2.0-4.5 mm hot rolled coils (HRC), which have declined by NTD 300-500/mt ($10-17/mt) as compared to last week, are now at NTD 16,800-17,500/mt ($573-597/mt) delivered to customer, on actual weight basis.
Both price ranges include five percent VAT and are for end of September shipments.
