China’s TISCO reduces 304 grade stainless steel coil export offer prices

SteelOrbis has learned that Chinese stainless steel producer Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co. (TISCO) has reduced its export offers for 304 grade stainless coils by $50/mt for orders with shipment dates in September, due to continuous declines seen in LME nickel prices, though the producer had previously said that it would keep its prices unchanged during July.
 
Accordingly, TISCO's offers for 304 grade stainless steel hot rolled coils (HRC) are now standing at $2,520/mt FOB, while its offers for 304 grade stainless steel cold rolled coils (CRC) are at $2,650/mt FOB, both for September shipments.
