Baosteel reduces stainless steel HRC export offers for October shipments

Chinese steel giant Baosteel has decreased its stainless steel hot rolled coil (HRC) export prices for October shipments, while the producer has maintained its stainless steel cold rolled coil (CRC) export prices unchanged as compared to last month.
 
Accordingly, Baosteel is now offering 304 series stainless steel HRC to the export market at $2,400/mt FOB, down by $50/mt over the last month, while its offers for 304 series stainless steel CRC are at $2,700/mt FOB. In the meantime, Baosteel's offers for 430 series stainless steel HRC have decreased by $20/mt since last month to $1,180/mt FOB and its 430 series stainless steel CRC export offers are at $1,400/mt FOB. All offers are for October shipments.
