Baosteel raises local HRC prices by RMB 50/mt for October

Major Chinese steelmaker Baosteel has issued its prices for carbon steel flat products for delivery in October this year.

The producer has decided to raise its local base prices for hot rolled coil (HRC) by RMB 50/mt ($7/mt), to increase local base prices for steel plate, acid pickling plate, cold rolled coil (CRC), hot dip galvanized (HDG), galvalume, electro-galvanized products, pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) and non-grain-oriented silicon steel by RMB 100/mt ($14/mt), while keeping its price for grain-oriented silicon steel stable, respectively, all for delivery in October.
