Baosteel raises local HRC prices by RMB 100/mt for September

Major Chinese steelmaker Baosteel has issued its prices for carbon steel flat products for delivery in September this year. 

The producer has decided to raise its local base prices for hot rolled coil (HRC) by RMB 100/mt ($14/mt), while also increasing local base prices for steel plate by RMB 100/mt ($14/mt), and increasing its prices for acid pickling plate, cold rolled coil (CRC), pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) and non-oriented silicon steel by RMB 150/mt ($21/mt): in addition, it has raised its prices for hot dip galvanized (HDG), galvalume and electro-galvanized products by RMB 200/mt ($28/mt), all for delivery in September.
