Demand in the import hot rolled coil (HRC) market in Turkey has remained stagnant this week. Although trading activity was expected to recover after the end-of-Ramadan holiday, no recovery is observed in the import flat steel market in Turkey, with no import HRC offers heard.

Meanwhile, the latest ex-Ukraine HRC deal in Turkey was at $380/mt CFR, while the latest import HRC offers from CIS to Turkey were at $370-390/mt CFR, both three weeks ago.
