Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes’ subsidiary acquires 100 percent equity in JYCRS

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd.  (Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes) has announced that it has approved its subsidiary, Anhui Province-based Chinese steelmaker Wuhu Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes, acquiring 100 percent equity in Jiangsu Province-based Chinese steelmaker Jiangyin China Resources Steelmaking Co., Ltd. (JYCRS) for RMB 1.244 billion ($0.18 billion).

Accordingly, JYCRS changed the name to Jiangyin Xinxing Special Steel.
