Vyksa Steel Works obtains certification for new railway wheels

At the end of April this year, Vyksa Steel Works, a subsidiary of Russia-based OMK Group, obtained certification that its production of railway wheels for passenger cars meets the requirements of safety regulations of Russia's federal railways. Certification was issued by the Certificate Register of the Federal Railways of Russia.
Vyksa Steel Works received certificates for wheels made from steel grade L as per TU 0943-202-01124323-2005 and wheels made from steel grade 1 as per GOST 10791-2004.


These certificates confirm the high level of quality and reliability of its railway wheels, Vyksa Steel Works stated.
