Vietnam launches AD duty investigation for cold stainless steel imports

Vietnam Competition Authority has announced that Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade has launched an antidumping (AD) duty investigation regarding cold rolled stainless steel product imports from China, Taiwan, Indonesia and Malaysia.

The antidumping duty investigation was initiated by the complaint of local steelmakers POSCO VST Co. Ltd and Hoa Binh Inox for the period between April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013.

The products subject to investigation are classified under the HS codes 7219.32.00 , 7219.33.00, 7219.34.00, 7219.35.00, 7219.90.00, 7220.20.10, 7220.20.90, 7220.90.10, 7220.90.90.
