The Vietnamese Ministry of Finance has announced the imposition of a 10 percent export duty on steel semi-finished products, effective as of June 28.
According to the decision No. 106/2007/QD-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance, the new export duty will apply to goods falling under HS code 7204.50.00.00 and under HS code categories 7206 and 7207.
