US quota utilization levels of Ukraine and Russia

In the first eleven months of 2006, Ukraine utilized 78.7 percent of its US quota for carbon steel flat rolled products with trimmed edge, supplying a total of 108,654 metric tons. The yearly quota for Ukraine regarding the product in question is 138,106 metric tons. In the first eleven months of 2006, Russia utilized 46.2 percent of its US quota for HR sheets, supplying 392,593 metric tons. The yearly HR sheet quota for Russia is 850,000 metric tons.
