On Thursday, the US International Trade Commission instituted the second sunset review of the antidumping orders on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine and the countervailing duty orders on these products from India, Indonesia, and Thailand.
The US Department of Commerce is anticipated to initiate its sunset review of these orders in the next day or so.
