US imposes antidumping and countervailing duties on Indian threaded rod

The US Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration has announced its final decision in the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of steel threaded rod imports from India.
 
The US DOC has determined that imports of steel threaded rod from India have been sold in the US at dumping margins ranging from 16.74 percent to 119.87 percent, while calculating countervailable subsidies ranging from 8.61 percent to 39.46 percent for the same product.
 
The petitioners for the investigations were All America Threaded Products, Bay Standard Manufacturing, Inc., and Vulcan Threaded Products Inc.
